of attendance *) Accompanying persons Accompanying persons, including spouses, must
register together with a participant if they wish to attend the social
events. Their fee includes entry to the conference opening, the welcome and
closing reception as well as evening sessions, admittance to all exhibitions,
and attendance at keynote lectures. Accompanying persons who wish to attend
the conference sessions must be registered as full delegates. Cancellation and refund policy Advance registrants who are unable to attend the
meeting may request a refund of their registration fee. Cancellations and
refund requests must be submitted in writing and postmarked by December 30, 2011. Faxed or e-mailed
refund requests will not be accepted. Proof of payment copies may be
required. Refunds will be processed less a EUR 20
administration fee plus bank fees. Please note that no refunds will be issued
neither for requests postmarked after December 30, 2011 nor for no-shows. Cancellations and refund requests should be
