of Vienna Accompanying persons Accompanying
persons, including spouses, must register together with a participant if they
wish to attend the social events. Their fee includes entry to the conference
opening, the welcome and closing reception as well as admittance to all
exhibitions at the conference venue, and attendance at plenary lectures as
well as plenary sessions. Accompanying persons who wish to attend all conference
sessions must be registered as full delegates. Cancellation and refund policy Advance
registrants who are unable to attend the conference may request a refund of
their registration fee. Cancellations and refund requests must be submitted
in writing and postmarked by 31 March
2014. Faxed or e-mailed refund requests will not be
accepted. Proof of payment copies may be required. Refunds
will be processed less a EUR 20 administration fee plus bank fees. Please
note that no refunds will be issued neither for requests postmarked after 31
March 2014 nor for no-shows. If your
paper is not accepted, you may request a full registration fee refund before 30 April 2014. Cancellations
